c. Intake Pressure
When running from hydrant or draft, the master intake pressure is shown in the center of the intake section. When running from a pressurized source and the intake pressure drops too low, SAMFlows will send an audible alarm, letting the operator know that there is low intake pressure. SAMFlows will not increase the engine speed any more to prevent the intake hose from collapsing and the pump from cavitating.
